The TUM4 is a portable aluminum enclosure designed for M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs. It uses the ASMedia ASM2464PD USB4 controller to provide a high-bandwidth path for external storage, media transfers and backup workflows.
With support for 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 SSDs up to 8TB, the fanless enclosure works with M Key or B+M Key drives. Full 40Gbps performance requires a compatible USB4 or Thunderbolt host port and a sufficiently fast NVMe SSD.
